Vichy

I love Vichy, and it is definitely my go-to-brand for all things skin care related. A few months ago, Vichy launched a recession-friendly priced range of products called Essentielles . As I had finished my Vichy Aqualia Mineral Balm, and needed a good face moisturiser I decided to buy the Essentielles face cream (50ml) for dry skin for €8.90.

The packaging is really pretty and girly, with, what looks like a pink poppy flower on the front. This cream is great!!! It is lovely and thick, and hydrates the skin really well during the day. It also has lovely ingredients, such as shea butter and glycerine.

The cream does not contain any parabens and thus does not irritate the skin. It also smells really fab. The product contains rose oil, and does have a lovely rose fragrance. Defintely one I will be re-purchasing.

    Hi Michelle,

There are a number of products in the Vichy Essentielle’s range. If I remember correctly, I’m sure that I saw a shower gel, body cream, facial cleanser and make-up remover as part of the range when I purchased the face cream.

I haven’t tried them but they are very affordable. As far as I know, Vichy products are available in most pharmacies in Ireland. I don’t think that you can order them online, unless you were to try ebay perhaps.

    Hope this helps xx
